Senior Merchandiser

We are seeking a Senior Merchandiser to join our dynamic team at AllRightsReserved Limited. Based in Wan Chai, this full-time role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in production and vendor management. You will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, leading cross-functional coordination, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end merchandising operations, from product development through to final delivery, ensuring alignment with brand standards and timelines
• Collaborate closely with internal teams including Project management, Designer, Sales & Marketing, QA, Compliance, Logistics, and Operations to ensure seamless execution of orders and strategic project outcomes
• Oversee production schedules, monitor order status, and maintain accurate reporting to keep all stakeholders informed and aligned
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers while strengthening relationships with existing vendors to support long-term growth and innovation
• Analyse production data and market trends to optimize workflows and improve cost-efficiency

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 4 years of experience in merchandising, production planning, or supply chain management, preferably within consumer goods, toys, or lifestyle industries
• Good Knowledge of different materials for products such as Vinyl, PU, PVC, ABC, Resin....etc.
• Proven track record in vendor negotiation, production oversight, and cross-functional team leadership
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and other design software is a strong advantage
