Senior Merchandiser (Fashion & Accessories)

Responsibilities:

l   Develop new product lines including fashion, footwear & fashion accessories, source new products, vendors, materials and components from suppliers/clients.

l   Manage orders and vendors, negotiate with suppliers, factories, and manufacturing partners to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.

l   Monitor the sampling, merchandising and production process, inspect samples, size fitting and ensure finished products meet quality standards and specifications. Manage QC, logistics and shipments etc.

l   Support cost estimates, vendor negotiations, and seasonal updates, ensuring the product meets cost and quality requirements.

l   Manage orders, product stock levels, analyse sales data, and optimize product assortment to maximize sales and minimize losses.

l   Effectively communicate & negotiation with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams. Work with various departments, including designer, QC & sales teams to ensure product design intent and quality standards are met. Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers.

Requirements:

l   Minimum of 5 years of relevant merchandising experience

l   Proficiency in English, Mandarin & Cantonese

l   Reliable, self-motivation, and adaptability, with the ability to work independently and thrive under pressure to meet deadlines.
