We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to serve as a key bridge between our Hong Kong headquarters and Southeast Asia teams, especially Singapore and Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities
Regional Project Coordination

Act as the main point of contact between Hong Kong HQ and Southeast Asia (SG/MY) marketing teams.

Communicate key directives from management clearly to regional teams, ensuring full understanding and timely execution.

Track project progress across regions and proactively flag potential delays or misalignment to the HK team.
Marketing Execution & Oversight

Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns targeted at Southeast Asian audiences (e.g. social media, events, paid ads).

Collaborate with regional teammates to localize marketing materials, video content, and campaign copy.

Consolidate and report on campaign performance, audience feedback, and competitor updates in SG/MY region.
Cross-Functional Communication

Coordinate with designers, video editors, and external partners to ensure timely deliverables.

Lead regular catch-ups or check-ins to sync project statuses across regions.
Daily Marketing Support

Assist with content planning, visual production timelines, KOL communications, and performance analysis.

Develop bilingual (English/Chinese) briefs, scripts, or promotional messages when needed.
Requirements
· Minimum 2 years of relevant marketing, project management, or account servicing experience.
· Strong communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills; fluent in Cantonese and English (Mandarin is a plus).
· Familiarity with Southeast Asian markets (especially Singapore and Malaysia) — audience behavior, social platforms, content trends, cultural nuances.
· Hands-on experience in marketing campaign execution, content production, or team coordination.
· Basic knowledge in visual/video production workflow (Canva, Adobe tools, or basic editing skills is a plus).
· Excellent organization skills — able to manage multiple regional projects and deadlines simultaneously.
· Experience with social media trends, KOL collaboration, and/or event execution is an advantage.
· Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented — someone who can turn instructions into execution and problems into solutions.
