Senior Leasing Officer - Neighborhood Mall

Our client, a HK based developer is looking for a Senior Leasing Officer to join the team for neighborhood mall

Job Descriptions

• Handling daily leasing activities and negotiations including new lettings, renewals, direct marketing, market research and tenancy administrative work
• Carrying out daily works including cold calling, market research, rental proposal, etc.
• Prepare regular reports, coordinating premises takeover & handover, fitting-out, renovation management
• Handling leasing enquiries and offer documents / letters / leasing proposal preparation
• Rental forecast preparation as well as leasing report preparation

Requirements

• Degree holder
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in leasing
• Good communication skill with passion at work. Proactive and customer oriented
• Good PC skills e.g. MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
