Senior Leasing Officer / Assistant Leasing Manager (Retail)

About Us

We are a Hong Kong-listed property developer seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our Company.

Your key responsibilities 

Operations: Carry out daily leasing operations, including new lettings, renewals, terms negotiations, property inspections, handovers, etc. for the Group’s retail portfolio

Marketing:Execute marketing activities and conduct market research to enhance new leasing opportunities

Documentation:Prepare pre-leasing and tenancy administration, status update report and rental forecast

Partnership:Handle leasing enquiries; maintain and explore partnerships with key tenants and new clients

Your profile

• Degree holder or above in Real Estate/ Business Administration/ Marketing or related disciplines
• At least 4 years of solid experience in retail leasing management gained from sizable property developers or agencies is preferred
• Good social interaction with potential retail tenants and real estate agents
• Self-motivated, outgoing personality with effective communication skills
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)
• Immediate availability is highly preferred

Candidate with more experience can be considered as Assistant Leasing Manager
