Senior Interior Designer / Site Supervisor / Marketing Assistant or Manager

SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Align the company goal and assist Design Director

·         Generate new leads (Interior Design + Build Projects)

·         Unique, Strong, Creative &  Innovative design sense

·         Deliver high impact, high return design,  fit-out and manufacturing solution

·         Multi-tasking skills + Good team player with mature working

·         Work towards target set by Design Director

·         Capable of handling whole project from design pitching to close out

REQUIREMENTS:

·         Degree / Diploma Holder in interior design / architecture

·         Relevant experience in corporate interior design is preferred

·         Strong self motivation, able to work independently with strong sales drive and able to work in a team or lead a team

·         Proficient inAutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUP, 3ds Max, Word, Excel, PowerPoint is preferred

·         Candidates with less experience or new graduated will be considered as Assistant Designer

SITE SUPERVISOR

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Direct and coordinate design team, responsible for executing design documentation, site quality standards and site progress verification

·         Provide active support to design team ensuring projects are completed on time

·         Familiar with Interior Design contracts and budget estimations

·         Collaborate with client on construction and cost control procedures

·         Work closely with Corporate Manager and Senior Interior Designer on overall Design Direction and general view

·         Lead research and development process related to furniture, fixtures, lighting, materials, signage, etc.

REQUIREMENTS:

·         Graduate of Technical School / Certificate / Diploma or above 3 to 5 years site supervision in Interior Design Firm preferably focus in office design projects

·         Professional Safety Certificate is an advantage

·         Capacity to co-ordinate projects from conceptual design and negotiation to job completion

·         Experienced on site co-ordination with Consultant and Sub-Contractor

MARKETING ASSISTANT OR MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Identify, explore and build new business opportunities

·         Maintain our strong existing client relationships

·         Work with team leader, design, architect and engineer to develop and produce proposal package

·         Awareness of interior design industry, market news and trend

·         Team support

REQUIREMENTS:

·         Relevant corporate interior design and fitting out, office furniture or real estate experience

·         Good communication and written skills in  Mandarin Chinese and English

·         A shelf-starter, collaborative, open-minded and willing to learn

·         Inter-personal social skills, pleasant and outgoing

·         Proficient in Word, Excel, Photoshop and Power Point

·         Recent graduates and those with less experience area encouraged to apply and will be considered for the Marketing and Branding Trainee position.
