Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Work for a variety of large-scale projects

  • Contribute to design concept, layouts, and material selection

  • Involved in delivering full set of interior design drawings, from concept, details, tender document to construction documents and relevant materials

  • Experience in Hospitality project experience are preferred

  • Responsible of renderings

  • Able to work independently and under tight schedule

  • Possess good working attitude working with the ID team and willingly to learn  

 

Requirements: 

  • Diploma / Degree in Interior or Architectural Design

  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, Revit and others.

  • Familiar with Enscape and Rhino for assisting inhouse renderings. 

  • Strong sense of space planning, conceptual design, technical coordination, details development, and drawing production

  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin)

  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Interior Designer
