Senior Engineer / Project Engineer (Building Services & Environmental).

Job Description:

• Detailed design in Building Services and Environmental Engineering System
• Handling projects related to New Building projects / A&A projects / Energy Audit and Carbon Audit, BEAM Plus, LEED, WELL
• Authorities' submission and follow up with approval
• Compliance with local regulations and statutory requirements
• Co-ordination of the design with other disciplines & trades
• Production of design output documents and tendering exercises
• Project management and administration, site supervision and coordination, Measurement and Verification (M&V)

Skills & Requirements:

• Degree holder in engineering/ science related to Building Services Engineering, Environmental Engineering or related discipline
• Experience in the use of relevant software for engineering design and calculation (e.g. AutoCAD) is an advantage
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese
• 2 years relevant experience
