We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Electrical MVAC Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about engineering and maintenance in commercial buildings, and who thrives in a fast-paced working environment.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Electrical /MVAC Engineer, you will:

* Monitor and maintain various Electrical /MVAC installations to ensure optimal operation.

* Oversee tenants’ fit-out works to ensure compliance and safety.

* Assist in the implementation of Solar Energy/ EV-charger/Electrical /MVAC projects.

* Supervise in-house technicians and contractors in carrying out routine repair and maintenance work.

* Implement corrective and planned maintenance for MEP equipment and systems.

* Handle enquiries, plan and execute system upgrades, and prepare technical reports.

* Involve in the design of MEP systems.

* Participate in project management activities including liaising and coordinating with clients, suppliers, and contractors.

* Draft and coordinate drawings for site work.

Requirements

* Higher Diploma or equivalent in Electrical or Building Services Engineering.

* At least 10 years or above of experience in design or maintenance in commercial buildings or project management.

* Fluent in both English and Chinese.

* Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

* Willingness to attend to emergencies outside normal office hours.
