Who we’re looking for :

We’re seeking a passionate and creative Senior Designer to join our social media marketing team at Havas Media Hong Kong, working across a range of local, regional and global clients. Reporting into the Social Media Director, you’ll be responsible for ideating, creating and re-purposing assets to be used for a range of channels, including social media posts, infographics, video posts and digital banners.

Key responsibilities :

The Senior Designer will take ownership of all aspects of digital design, tasked with designing beautiful, engaging and captivating content that is relevant for the brands that Havas work with. Responsibilities include:

-           Driving conceptualisation and art direction for various brands, channels, projects

-           Working with other designers, copywriters and account servicing team to produce multiple creative assets a day for social media

-           Translating abstract concepts into elegant, captivating and engaging designs

-           Applying creative knowledge to social media and digital advertising

-           Adapting assets from either a raw file or a format into multiple formats

-           Keep on evolving by keeping an eye on latest trends, tools and designs

Skills, qualifications, experience

-           2-4 years of experience in digital media/multimedia design

-           Bachelor’s degree in arts, digital/multimedia design, or related disciplines

-           Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premier Pro, Adobe InDesign, Adobe XD/Figma, Google Web Designer

-           Knowledge of CSS and HTML5 is preferable

-           Experience in Motion Graphic and Video Editing

-           Creative thinker with a design sense and can think out of the box to propose new ideas

-           Detailed and precise to ensure that assets are created to the highest quality

-           A strong team player, who can communicate creative ideas with the wider team

-           Ability to work independently and under pressure to ensure deadlines are met

-           Assist with other design tasks, such as playbooks and photoshoots
