Responsibilities

Develop and maintain data marketing dashboards that streamline & enhance reporting efforts

Implementing robust ad and analytics tag tracking across digital platforms—ranging from GA4 setups and event tracking to advanced floodlight implementations.

Troubleshooting ad operations within campaign management systems (e.g., Campaign Manager) and leveraging ad verification tools (IAS, DoubleVerify) to ensure accurate tracking and strong brand safety.

Oversees offshore ad operations team, facilitate communication and troubleshoot issues between HK and offshore team.

Managing end-to-end data projects—from conceptualization and defining clear project scopes and objectives, through to deployment.

Supporting and advancing Gen AI-powered innovations to drive actionable improvements in our client campaigns.

Providing Mar-Tech consultations for both internal teams and external clients, including guidance on tools such as MMP, Google Merchant Centre, and Meta AA.
Key Requirements:
Mandatory:
-
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital marketing, with demonstrable exposure to the Mar-Tech industry.

Hands on experience with digital advertising tools (i.e. Google Ads, DV360, Campaign Manager, Facebook Ad Manager)

Experience with data visualization tools such as Google Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.

Familiar with ad trafficking, third-party ad serving technologies, brand safety & ad viewability measures.

Experience in managing client relationships and internal stakeholder communications within an agency or similar fast-paced environment.

An appetite for technical growth and willing to dive into technical challenges
Nice-to-Have/Additional Skills:

Familiar with BigQuery data management with basic SQL skills (training provided for those new to SQL)

Experience with web/app analytics tools (preferably Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics) and Tag management system such as Google Tag Manager .

Interest or experience in leveraging generative AI tools to streamline or enhance agency workflow.

Experience or interest in advanced data segmentation and cross-platform integrations that enhance audience insights and campaign activation.
