Senior Consultant/ Consultant – Sustainability Advisory Services

Responsibilities:

• Conduct ESG and sustainability reporting through applying recognized ESG and sustainability standards and frameworks, such as HKEX requirements, GRI, TCFD, UNSDG, etc.

• Perform ESG and sustainability-related risk assessment and analysis via various stakeholder engagement activities

• Develop sustainability and carbon management products which include corporate ESG reporting, sustainability and carbon assessments, verification and communication

• Conduct extensive research on ESG, sustainable finance and sustainability-related issues and business opportunities

• Provide insights to enhance clients’ ESG performance and quality and assist clients achieve long term sustainability and energy reduction targets

• Develop guidelines and procedures to refine the ESG and sustainability service systems, including ESG reporting, assurance, analysis and consulting

• Undertake business development including business marketing, client networking and partnership building

• Develop client proposals, product brochures and deliver presentations to senior management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Environmental Studies (environmental engineering, science or management), or other relevant disciplines

• A minimum of 2-3 years of solid relevant experience in ESG or sustainability consulting, assurance, carbon auditing, sustainability reporting and/or other relevant project management; candidates with less experience will be considered as Consultant

• Demonstrable knowledge in common ESG and sustainability reporting standards and frameworks, including HKEX requirements, GRI Standards, TCFD framework, IIRC and sustainability raters’ parameters

• Local or overseas professional qualification(s) (e.g. CAP, CEM) is an advantage

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is a great advantage

• Strong analytical, project management, communication and interpersonal skills

• Calm working under pressure

• Willing to travel
