Our client is hiring an bilingual admin support staff to assist with light office tasks.
Main Responsibilities
- Arrange business travel bookings (e.g. flight tickets, hotel reservations)
- Assist in document preparation for travel-related matters (e.g. visa application, basic invoices and forms)
- Communicate with clients mainly via email and phone in Japanese
- Occasionally go out to collect or deliver documents, or for seasonal greetings
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations
Who We Are Looking For
Proficient in Japanese (JLPT N1 preferred) and good command of English
Some related work experience required (admin, coordination, support, etc.)
Experience in travel, trading, or client support is a plus
Organized, polite, and team-oriented
