SENIOR BUILDING SERVICES ENGINEER / BUILDING SERVICES ENGINEER

RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Acting on the Client side, handle projects independently from inception to final completion including project planning, negotiation with project teams and relevant Government sectors.

·       Giving full advice on all contractual issues and M/E works, preparing budget for M/E installations and monitoring the quality and progress of M/E works, checking and assessing the variation claims and payment claims from sub-contractors, and preparing the final account of M/E sub-contractors.

·       Interacting with project management team and consultant team.

·       Responsible for design, tender and implementation of in-house A&A projects.

REQUIREMENTS

·       Bachelor Degree in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

·       Corporate member of recognized professional bodies (e.g. HKIE, CIBSE, IMechE) preferred.

·       Minimum 8 years of solid experience in design and project management of M/E works in residential and commercial developments.

·       Achieve quality product and customer satisfaction

·       Proficiency in MS Office and AUTOCAD software applications

·       Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.

·       Must have uncompromising integrity, strong sense of responsibility and good supervisory skills.

·       Applicant with less experience will be considered for the position of Building Services Engineer.
