Duties
The appointee is responsible for: (i) providing administrative and clerical support to the School; (ii) preparing for meetings, reports, seminars, and presentation materials; (iii) answering enquiries; (iv) assisting in the School’s functions/activities; and (v) undertaking such other duties as determined by the Dean or other reporting officers.
Appointment Criteria
Applicants should: (i) have achieved Level 2 or above in five subjects in the HKDSE Examination, OR have obtained Grade E or above in five subjects in the HKCEE; (ii) be competent in computing applications; (iii) have good communication skills and fluency in English and Chinese; and (iv) be a good team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
Applicants with more relevant experience would be considered as Senior Administrative Assistant.

Saint Francis University (SFU or the "University"), established in 1985 as Caritas Francis Hsu College(later renamed as Caritas Institute of Higher Education), is a not-for-profit, self-financing degree awarding institution in Hong Kong dedicated to providing quality tertiary and higher education.
In 1990, the University was approved by the Hong Kong Government to provide post-secondary education and had since offered three-year Professional Diploma programmes.
