Senior Interior Designer / Interior Designer
We are looking for a creative and experienced Interior Designer to join an Award-winning, Multidisciplinary
Studio. You will have a rare opportunity to design the future educational space and
furniture, making a positive change to the education of Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will have a
passion for design and a strong understanding of space planning, color theory, and materials.

Responsibilities

• Capable of handling projects independently from the design stage to project completion, coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely and quality project execution.
   

Requirements:

• Diploma Degree holder in Interior Design or related discipline
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in interior design
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design
• Local Design Tender experience preferred

• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, Microsoft Office,
  Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
   

Additional qualifications that would make a candidate stand out include:

• Experience working with sustainable design practices
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Experience managing budgets and timelines for projects
• Familiarity with 3D modeling software such as Revit or Rhino 3D

• Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
