About the Business

We are a team of committed office administrative personnel striving to support China firm's operation in contributing to the overall achievement of its business objectives.
This is accomplished by:
Working together with various functions and departments to ensure effective and efficient implementation of office policies and procedures
Providing a pleasant, functional and environmentally responsible working environment to our people to enable them to operate and serve our clients
Delivering a range of general administrative support services to facilitate operation efficiency and service excellence.
 

Work you'll do

  • Provide secretarial services and administrative support for the Department
  • Assist in organizing meeting and/or conference
  • Prepare presentation materials, reports, proposals, correspondences and other documentation
  • Assist in travel, visa and hotel accommodation arrangements and other related matters
  • Maintain filing system and other ad hoc tasks
  • Experience in handling tax-related work (communicating with external parties/ screening work)  would be a plus

We are looking for someone with

To be considered for this position, you must demonstrate skills and experience in the following areas:

  • An associate degree or higher, preferably with recognized secretarial qualification
  • Minimum 5 years' secretarial or related experience, preferably from a professional services environment, financial services institution or MNC
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, and able to work in a dynamic environment
  • Good team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and result-oriented
  • Excellent working knowledge in MS Office applications, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese). Good spoken Mandarin is an advantage
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Secretary
