Sea Freight Operation Specialist

Job Description

• Handle booking from customers and reserve space with co loaders and carriers
• Need to handle cargo pre arrival filing ( e.g. AMS, ENS )
• Communicate with customers all the way from cargo ready to onboard the Vessel
• Generation of bill lading, pre-alert, invoice on Cargowise
• Communicate with  customers, carriers, overseas offices and agents in professional and impartial manner

Requirement
 

• Secondary graduate
• Fluent Cantonese & Good standard of Mandarin and written English
• At least 2 years relevant experience in freight forwarding business
• Proficient in PC skills and MS Office , Experience in CargoWise
• Able to work independently
• Able to communicate in written English , spoken Cantonese & PutungHa
