Sales Supervisor

Job Responsibilities/Requirements

• Manage daily shop operations, including inventory management and control, customer enquiries and complaints, and shop presentation;
• Maximize sales by providing excellent customer service and developing customer base;
• Lead the team by example and be a role model;
• Engage and motivate the team members and help them grow;
• Minimum 4 years relevant experience, preferably in the luxury and jewelry retail industry;
• Proactive, energetic and result-oriented with good communication, interpersonal and supervisory skills;
• Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
