Your New Role: Purpose & Impact

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record in the printing industry. Your primary mission will be to harness your established networks and deep market understanding to acquire new key accounts and drive significant sales growth for our packaging and children's book products in the global market. You will be a crucial link between our overseas market and the China manufacturing centers, managing and expanding our prestigious client portfolio.

This position requires regular travel to our production facility in Mainland China and to meet clients internationally.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the packaging, publishing, and retail sectors. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to capture market share and achieve ambitious sales targets.

• Key Account Management: Proactively leverage your existing network to develop new, strong, long-term relationships with major retailers, distributors, brands, and publishers. Understand complex client needs and present our integrated packaging and product solutions.

• Client Engagement & Factory Visits: Travel to our manufacturing facility in China to oversee project production, ensure quality control, and host client visits. International travel will also be required to meet with key overseas accounts and prospects.

• Market Intelligence: Utilize your on-the-ground expertise to monitor Hong Kong and global market trends, competitor activities, and industry dynamics. Provide strategic insights and reports to guide company strategy.

• Collaborative Execution: Work closely with international sales leadership and cross-functional teams (marketing, operations) to ensure alignment and flawless execution of sales strategies from inquiry to delivery.

We Are Looking For You If You Have:

• Proven Local Experience: A minimum of 5 years of sales experience within the printing, packaging, or publishing industry. Prior experience working for a renowned Hong Kong-based printing supplier is highly preferred.

• An Established Network: A strong, existing network of contacts within the international retail, beauty, or publishing sectors is a significant advantage and key to success in this role.

• Willingness to Travel: This role requires a valid passport and the ability to undertake regular travel to Mainland China and overseas as needed.

• Deep Industry Knowledge: Expert-level understanding of paper-based products, custom printing solutions, and the specific dynamics of the Hong Kong manufacturing and sales landscape.

• Superior Communication Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. You are a confident relationship-builder who can work independently and as part of a global, distributed team.

• Language Proficiency: Full professional fluency in English and Cantonese is essential. Proficiency in Mandarin is a strong plus for communication with our mainland team and facilities. You must be able to communicate effectively with our international management team and clients.

• Qualifications: Must be based in and have the right to work in Hong Kong. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
