Sales Manager (Asia)

Location: Hong Kong
Salary: HKD 36,000 - 40,000/month + Performance Bonus
Travel: Occasional (Asia)

About the Role

We are a leading precious metals dealership based in Hong Kong, operating globally. Our mission is to deliver exceptional value and service to our clients. As we continue to expend, we’re looking for a high-potential Sales Manager with strong sales instincts and a passion for people development. This is a strategic position designed for someone ready to grow into a senior regional leadership role. You'll lead by example in driving sales performance, support and coach Relationship Managers (RMs), and occasionally represent the company in client meetings and key events across Asia.

This role offers a fast-tracked leadership path and regional exposure for someone looking to take the next step in their sales career.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales activity and support RM teams in reaching and exceeding targets
• Provide hands-on coaching and informal training in sales techniques
• Monitor RM performance, identify challenges, and help remove obstacles
• Identify growth opportunities in key markets and support pipeline building
• Travel occasionally to support team members in our Singapore and Manila offices

• Participate in important client meetings and represent the company at select events

What We’re Looking For

• 4–6 years of experience in sales or business development (preferably B2B or financial services)
• Leadership or mentoring experience with peers or junior staff
• Results-driven mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, energetic, and eager to grow into a larger leadership role
• Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable with occasional business travel and client-facing representation
  
  

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with CRM systems and structured sales processes
• Exposure to regional Asian markets

• Experience in training, onboarding, or internal coaching
