Job Responsibilities

1. Customer Expansion and Relationship Maintenance: Rely on an extensive network of contacts to identify potential investors and customers and establish and maintain long-term and stable cooperative relationships. Have an in-depth understanding of customer needs and provide professional business consulting services to ensure customer satisfaction.

2. Sales Strategy Formulation and Execution: Develop and implement precise sales strategies according to market dynamics and customer feedback and achieve the sales tasks and KPI indicators assigned by the company.

3. Investor Management: Be responsible for the full-process management of investors, including but not limited to investor communication, demand analysis, solution customization, and follow-up service tracking, etc., to enhance investors' trust and the depth of cooperation with the company.

4. Market Intelligence Collection: Keep a close eye on industry trends and the situation of competitors, collect market information, and provide data support and market insights for the optimization of the company's products and services.

5. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with various internal departments of the company, such as project management, finance, legal affairs, etc., to ensure the smooth progress of business projects and improve overall operational efficiency.

III. Qualification Requirements

1. Educational Background and Experience: A bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors related to finance, economics, business administration, etc. Have more than 5 years of work experience in sales, business consulting, or related fields. Those with successful sales cases, especially outstanding performance in investor business, are preferred.

2. Network Resources: Possess an extensive and high-quality network of contacts, especially in related fields such as investment and finance, and be able to effectively utilize the network resources to promote business development.

3. Competency: Have excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills, and be able to communicate efficiently with customers and partners from different backgrounds. Have an excellent spirit of teamwork and leadership skills, and be able to lead the team to achieve sales targets. Have a keen market insight and analysis ability, and be able to quickly grasp market opportunities and formulate effective sales strategies.

4. Skills: Be proficient in using Office software, have strong data analysis capabilities and report writing skills. Be fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, and be able to communicate smoothly with international customers. Be fluent in Mandarin.

5. Other Requirements:

Be proactive at work, have a strong sense of responsibility, excellent stress resistance, and be able to adapt to business trips and flexible work arrangements.

Salary and Benefits: Provide competitive compensation, including basic salary, high commissions, performance bonuses, year-end bonuses, etc. The specific salary will be discussed in person according to individual abilities and experience. Basic Salary about $8,000- 10,000 plus high commission with total expected monthly income ranging about $30,000 to$50,000 per month.

4. 市場情報收集:密切關注行業動態和競爭對手情況,收集市場訊息,為公司產品和服務的優化提供資料支援與市場洞察。

5. 團隊協作:協同公司內部各部門,如專案管理、財務、法務等,確保業務專案順利推進,提升整體運營效率。

三、任職要求

1. 學歷與經驗:本科及以上學歷,金融、經濟、工商管理等相關專業優先。擁有5年以上銷售、商業諮詢或相關領域工作經驗,有成功的銷售案例,

特別是在投資者業務方面有突出表現者優先。

2. 人脈資源:具備廣泛且優質的人脈網路,尤其在投資、金融等相關領域,能夠有效利用人脈資源推動業務發展。

3. 能力素質:具備出色的溝通協調與談判能力,能與不同背景客戶和合作夥伴高效溝通。擁有優秀的團隊合作精神和領導能力,能帶領團隊達成銷售

目標。具備敏銳的市場洞察力和分析能力,能快速把握市場機會,制定有效的銷售策略。

4.技能要求:熟練使用Office辦公軟體,具備較強的資料分析能力和報告撰寫能力。英語聽說讀寫流利,能與國際客戶順暢交流,普通話表達流利。

5. 其他要求:工作積極主動,責任心強,抗壓能力出色,能適應出差和靈活工作安排。
