Position Overview
We are looking for passionate and result-driven sales professionals to drive the adoption of our CDx and NIPT solutions. This is an opportunity for scientifically minded individuals to build a rewarding career in the rapidly growing field of molecular diagnostics. We have openings for the following positions:
Sales Executive: An entry-level opportunity for a candidate looking to begin a career in medical sales. You will receive comprehensive training and mentorship to ensure your success.
Sales Manager: For experienced sales professionals with a proven track record in the healthcare or diagnostics industry. You will manage key accounts, set strategic directions, and drive overall sales growth.
You will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building relationships with key healthcare professionals, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell our portfolio of diagnostic services, focusing on Companion Diagnostics (CDx) for oncology and Non-Invasive Prenatal Testing (NIPT) for prenatal screening.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales quotas.
- Identify and qualify new leads through prospecting, networking, and effective management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including oncologists, OB/GYNs, maternal-fetal medicine specialists, genetic counselors, and office staff.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
Sales Manager (in addition to the above):
- Manage and grow key opinion leader and major accounts.
- Develop and implement the overall sales strategy and set key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze market trends and provide feedback to the marketing and clinical science teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and clinical science liaisons, to ensure a cohesive and supportive customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Science (e.g., Biology, Molecular Biology, Genetics, Biochemistry) or a related field.
- Good communication and presentation skills
- A high degree of self-motivation, ambition, and a drive to exceed goals.
Experience:
Sales Executive: 0-2 years of sales or relevant customer-facing experience. Recent graduates with a strong aptitude for science and a passion for a career in sales are strongly encouraged to apply.
Sales Manager: 3-5 years of successful sales experience in the medical diagnostics, pharmaceutical, or related healthcare industry.
