Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee Hong Kong business unit including but not limited to Sales, Assets, Operation, Finance, HR & Admin and Service technical team.

• Take full ownership of the Hong Kong business unit, acting as the lead in driving initiatives and ensuring operational success.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets (KPI) and market share growth.

• Take full P&L responsibility.

• Quickly adapt to market changes, customer needs, and business challenges with agility and a proactive mindset.

• Establish and maintain strong business relationship with construction client or customer.

• Market values and deliver story-telling presentation.

• Provide support on ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirement:

• Hong Kong Permanent Resident 

• Degree holder or above in Engineering Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

• At least 10 years of sales and business development experience ideally in aerial work platform or construction equipment rental industry. 

• Minimum 5 years of managerial role experience.

• Familiar with the construction market of Hong Kong, regulations, and safety standards.

• Strong network and connections with construction client.

• Excellent communication and leadership, team management as well as outstanding interpersonal skills.

• Experienced in Chinese companies would be an advantage.

• Good Chinese and English written and verbal communication skills in Cantonese and Mandarin.
