Responsibilities:

Manages the shipment
Responsible for Sales order processing and follow up
To perform general office work
Work closely with both internal and external parties;
To provide high quality customer service to our clients
To handle other ad hoc tasks and participate in other projects whenever necessary

Requirements:

F. 6 or above;
Minimum 2-3 years' relevant working experience;
Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing;
At least 3 years of working experience in shipping or logistics field is preferred;
Stable, independent, proactive, meticulous, flexible and able to work under pressure;
Immediate available is an advantage
