工作範圍:

1. 與客人進行面試、評估及篩選外傭

Conduct interviews with clients, assessments and screening of domestic helper

2. 為客戶配對合適家傭

Looking for the most matching suitable domestic helper for clients

3. 處理簡單文書工作

Handle clerical work

4. 提供僱傭專業知識、講解勞工法例及僱傭條例

Provide employment expertise, explain labor laws and employment regulations

5.負責分店的日常營運

Responsible for the daily operations of the branch

6.提供售後服務及跟進

Handling after sales service including clients complaints

入職要求﹕

主動進取、有責任感、良好溝通能力

Proactive, responsible, and good communication skills

良好英文(與傭工溝通)

Good English skill (communication with maids)

提供專業良好客戶服務態度

Provides excellent customer service in professional attitude

有相關工作經驗優先

Related job experience preferred
