Job Responsibilities
- Support daily sales operations, including the preparing of quotations, purchase orders, invoices, sales report etc in ERP system.
- Provide administrative support to the Sales team
- Coordinate with both internal and external parties for logistic arrangement
- Ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in any discipline
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or sales support role
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good PC skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Immediate available is strong plus
