Retail Director / Commercial Director

Roles and Responsibilities:

· By reporting to the Managing Director in the region, this is a very key position to lead the Store Managers in the achievement of sales and profitability targets – ensuring coherent customers management and effective retail operation.

· Be accountable for the retail P&L of Hong Kong and Macau.

· Oversee the retail performance and evaluation of operational policies and procedures: setting goals and benchmarks to evaluate customer satisfaction and staff performance;

· Supervise and coach Store Managers in sales and team management with corrective action.

· Cooperate with local merchandising team on the product assortment.

· Work closely with Training team in training plan and development program

· Ensure that Store Managers maintain high standard on visual merchandising and maintenance as specified by Central and local Visual Merchandising teams.

· Monitor the operation efficiency and effectiveness in stock and facility management.

Requirements:

· Minimum 12 years’ working experience in customer service management, with at least 7 years in managerial level and multi-store operation management is essential

· Bachelor degree in any disciplines, preferably in business administration, commercial study

· Experience in luxury market and great exposure in multinational company environment

· Fluent in English and Cantonese; language literacy of Mandarin is a definitely a plus

· Strong leadership skills and ability to develop and grow a team

· Professional, proactive and adaptable - interact effectively with people of diverse cultures
