Restaurant Manager- S.E.A Eatery (經理/主管- 東南亞美食)

• RM for model western restaurant
• 8 day off/month; medical; performance bonus
• 3 years+ in similar position

We are looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated, professional and eager-to-learn team members.

Responsibilities工作職責

• Manage the daily operations of the restaurant including staff training and daily administration
• Lead, supervise and train the team to deliver high quality of customer service and ensure the achievement of sales targets, KPIs and operation efficiency
• Maintain equipment in good repair and all venues in perfect conditions
• Monitor and keep high standards on food quality, hygiene and work safety issues
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and implement the marketing activity plans
• Responsible for producing timely and accurate reports on the operations of conditions of the Company
• Perform any other restaurant duties as assigned by the Company
• 管理餐廳的日常運營，包括員工培訓和日常管理
• 領導、監督和培訓團隊提供高品質的客戶服務，確保實現銷售目標、KPI和營運效率
• 保持設備完好，餐廳所有範圍良好
• 監控及保持高標準食物品質、衛生和工作安全事項
• 與市場部團隊合作有關市場推廣活動l 負責公司的營運報告
• 履行公司分派的餐廳項目

Requirements工作要求﹐

• At least 3 years relevant working experience in similar capacity in S.E.A Cuisine (Thai, Malaysian, Indonesian, Singaporean) or relevant F&B operations.
• Pleasant, passionate about good food and great customer service
• Strong leadership, team building, interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities
• Self-motivated, aggressive and has a strong sense of responsibility
• Proficient in English and Cantonese  is a must, while with good command of other languages will be an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office while Word and Excel are a must
• Good management skills with a positive mindset, detailed service and customer driven
• Work Location: Tai Koo Shing
  
• 至少3年東南亞美食（泰國、馬來西亞、印尼、新加坡）或相關餐飲業 的工作經驗
• 對美食和優質的客戶服務充滿熱情l 強大的領導力、團隊建立、人際溝通能力和解決問題的能力
• 有上進心、積極進取和責任感
• 精通英語及粵語，懂其他語言者更佳
• 熟練使用MS Office，同時必須具備Word、Excel
• 良好的管理技能，正向的心態，細緻的服務與顧客導向
• 工作地點：太古城
