1) Restaurant Manager
Key Responsibilities:

Daily Operations: Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities, to ensure efficient service and adherence to standard operating procedures.

Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching or feedback.

Customer Service: Ensure exceptional guest experiences by monitoring customer interactions and responding to feedback. Address any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.

Menu Development: Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff on menu design and execution, considering customer preferences and seasonal trends.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 6 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.

Proven track record of successfully managing a team and improving restaurant performance.

Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
2) Guest Relation Manager
Responsibilities:
- Interactive with guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Handle booking and answer customers' enquires
- Assist Outlet Manager with all restaurant related matters
Requirements:
- Take initiative, hard working and service orientated
- 1 year related experience preferred
- Proficient in Cantonese and English. Mandarin is a plus
