Resident Quantity Surveyor

• Perform quantity surveying duties
• Prepare measurement of works in progress, valuation of variations, settle final accounts
• Attend site inspections, site meetings with sub-contractors

 Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Minimum 6 years working experience
• 1 year post qualification experience with Membership of HKIS/RICS/AIQS; HKIS preferred
• Experience in all aspects of quantity surveying / building services
• Knowledge in QS related software is highly preferred
• Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese
• Good communication and interpersonal skill, able to work independently
• Self-motivated and disciplined
• Immediate available is preferable
