Resident Building Services Inspector 駐地盤樓宇設備工程督導

We are looking for the following site staff for Construction of the Lift and Escalator Technology Centre at the Annex Building of Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (Kwai Chung)

            Resident Building Services Inspector ( RBSI )

The minimum qualifications required for the post shall be as follows:

-              A Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Services Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from the Construction Industry Council in Hong Kong / Hong Kong Institute of Construction / Hong Kong Polytechnic / Hong Kong Polytechnic University / Hong Kong Technical College / Hong Kong Technical Institute / Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education, or equivalent.

-              Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2* or above in English Language and Chinese Language in Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) /Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent.

-              8 years’ relevant experience including 4 years working experience in the capacity of Building Services Inspector, or equivalent

[Note * Grade E in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in previous HKCEE are accepted administratively as comparable to Level 2 in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.]

The tentative employment period will be about 42 months with gratuity payable on satisfactory completion of the contract and the tentative commencement date of employment will be in November 2025.

本公司現誠聘以下駐地盤人員，負責香港專業教育學院（葵涌分校）附樓升降機及自動梯技術中心建造工程。

            駐地盤樓宇設備工程督導（RBSI）

駐樓宇設備工程督導（RBSI）的申請人必須具備下列基本入職資格︰

·        必需持有香港建造業議會、香港建築學院、香港理工學院、香港理工大學、香港工業學院、香港科技學院、香港專業教育學院頒發之樓宇設備工程或電機工程或機械工程之文憑或高級證書，或具同等學歷。

·        需具備8年相關工作經驗，其中包括4年擔任樓宇設備工程督導或同等職位之經驗。

·        需具備香港中學會考（HKCEE）或香港中學文憑試（HKDSEE）英語及中文科2級或以上語文能力

（註：舊制會考英語及中文科獲E級者，視作等同新制2級）。

聘用期預計為約42個月，合約期滿並表現良好可獲酬金。預計聘用期於2025年11月開始。
