Research Assistant, Rita Tong Liu School of Business and Hospitality Management (Ref.: 25/154/BHM/RA)
Duties:
The appointee will be responsible for: (a) conducting literature reviews; (b) coordinating interviews with relevant stakeholders; (c) assisting in the execution of interviews; (d) performing qualitative data analysis; (e) facilitating research dissemination; and (f) performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor(s).
Appointment Criteria:
Applicants should possess: (a) a recognized Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Tourism Management, Cultural Studies, Environmental Studies, or related disciplines; (b) demonstrated proficiency in qualitative data analysis software, such as NVivo; (c) a high command of written and spoken English and Cantonese; (d) the capacity to work with a high degree of independence; (e) superior analytical, organizational, and interpersonal competencies; and (f) prior experience in academic research, which is considered highly advantageous.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
