Research Assistant (Digital Health Care for Healthy Ageing) in the Department of Social and Behavioural Sciences (Appointment for 6 months with possibility of extension) [Ref. T/050/25]Project

Digital Exclusion for Health? The Acceptability and Strategies in Using eHealth for Chronic Illness Management and Preventive Health Care Among Older Adults: A Mixed-method Study

Duties

1. Recruit and conduct survey interviews in Cantonese with older adults across Hong Kong;

2. Manage data collection entry using software (e.g., Qualtrics);

3. Assist in organising of research activities;

4. Coordinate project meetings; and

5. Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

1. A Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in any discipline;

2. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese);

3. Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills; and

4. Ability to work independently and organise multiple tasks.

Salary and Conditions of Service

Salary offered will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits include leave, medical and dental consultations at the campus clinic.
