Real Estate Investment Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead direct real estate investments in core overseas markets such as Australia and the U.S., including project sourcing, due diligence, and investment feasibility analysis.
2. Conduct independent site inspections, market research, and business negotiations in Australia and the U.S. to facilitate project execution.
3. Analyze English legal documents, valuation reports, and market data; develop investment models, returns analysis, and transaction structures.
4. Expand and maintain relationships with overseas real estate agents and industry contacts to secure premium investment opportunities.
5. Collaborate with legal, tax, and finance teams to design and implement cross-border investment structures, overseeing project execution and closure.

Job Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Real Estate, Economics ,or Law, or related fields.
2. 5+ years of direct real estate investment experience, with familiarity in overseas core asset investment processes. Cross-border transaction experience is preferred.
3. Proficiency in reading and writing English investment reports and contractual documents, with strong written and verbal English communication skills.
4. Willingness to undertake international travel to Australia and the U.S. for due diligence and negotiations.
5. Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.

2. 獨立赴澳、美專案地進行實地考察、市場調查與商務談判，推動專案落實。
3. 熟練解讀英文法律文件、估價報告及市場資料，完成投資建模、回報計算與交易結構設計。
4. 拓展及維護海外地產代理與產業資源，建立長期合作，取得優質專案機會。
5. 協同法務、稅務及財務團隊，設計並落實符合跨國投資要求的交易架構，統籌專案執行與交割。

工作要求：

1. 本科及以上學歷，金融、房地產、經濟或法律等相關專業背景。
2. 五年以上房地產直營經驗，熟悉海外核心資產投資流程，有跨國成交案者優先。
3. 熟練讀寫英文投資報告與合約信函，具備優秀的英語書面與口語溝通能力。
4. 適應國際出差，可赴澳洲、美國進行盡調與談判。
5. 國語流利優先。
