Quantity Surveyor / Assistant Quantity Surveyor

To perform all contract administration on quantity surveying duties for fitting out projects including:

• Pre- and Post-contract quantity surveying duties, cost control and budgeting
• Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the projects
• Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjusting budget projections accordingly.
• Procure or agree the services of contractors and/or subcontractors who on the construction of the project
• Evaluate subcontractors payments and variations
• Liaise with the clients and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers

Requirements

• Certificate holder or above in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Immediately available is highly preferred

At least 2 years relevant working experience, with hands-on experience in fitting out works will be an advantage. Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Quantity Surveyor

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• A strong team player and able to work under pressure
