QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER

In order to support the growth of our company, we are seeking a high caliber professional to fulfil the position of QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES / TASK

• Manage the Quality Team spread over our Hong Kong manufacturing site (Hung Hom) and China.
• Responsible for leading the Quality Team to maintain and improve the quality management system.
• Preparation, participation and follow-up of customers' audit to ensure compliance standards at the workshop, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Supervise IQC/LQC/FQC work, trouble shooting and product improvements.
• Strong experience in product quality assurance and system / process improvements.
• Travel to China in order to perform quality audits of our suppliers and support our main partners in improving their quality system.
• Build and follow Quality KPIs to tracks success
• Communicate on timely basis with our suppliers to solve specific quality issues and work on long term improvement actions.

QUALIFICATION

• Languages: Proficient in Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English
• Successful working experience of 5+ years in Quality
• Higher certificate / diploma / degree in Quality Management
• Watch manufacturing experience is a strong plus
• Strong track of managing suppliers in China, with implementation of successful SRM Strategy that lead to improvement of Quality (Increased first pass rate, etc.)
• 6 Sigma qualification appreciated
• Management of a large team ensuring cohesion in a very competitive and challenging environment

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
