QC Assistant (Morning / Afternoon shift)

Job description and responsibilities: 

• Collaborating with QA / Production to accomplish GMP compliance.
• Performing analytical and physical test for starting material and finished product.
• Equipment (balance, HPLC, GC, hand-held device etc.) calibration arrangement.
• Sampling of raw materials, packaging materials, purified water, in-process sample and finished products.
• Preparing documents such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Specifications.
• Ad hoc task assigned by QC Manager.

Job requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in Science related discipline.
• Working with operating staffs to establish procedures, validation, standards, systems and specifications.
• Good command in both written and spoken Cantonese and English.
• Proficiency in computer application such as MS Office and Chinese word processing.
