QA/QC Testing Coordinator (Toys)

Just Play stands for exactly that - we believe kids should just play.  To support that vision, we develop toys that enable imaginative play, role play and endless storytelling play for all children.  Our products cater to all age ranges from infant to kidult, and categories from arts & crafts, collectibles, dolls & accessories, dress-up sets, electronic toys, novelty and plush.

Just Play is a US based multinational organization.  Our Hong Kong office is located in TST East.  We are now looking for a high caliber individual to join us:

QA/QC Testing Coordinator (Toys)

Responsibilities:

• Implement quality assurance programs to ensure our product quality are in compliance with the international safety standards (such as ASTM F963, EN71, FCC, EMC, EN62115 and CCPSA) as well as the company’s and customers’ requirements;
• Work in collaboration with other departments to ensure product design meets the international safety standard and retailer’s protocols;
• Work closely with factories for product sample drawing and submission; as well to ensure all product meets our quality requirements;
• Work closely with 3rd party laboratories on risk assessment especially for new requirements or directives;
• Communicate with 3rd party laboratories to ensure product safety certificates are available on time;
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks/projects as required.
  
   

Qualification & Requirements :

• Higher Diploma in Electronic/Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent;
• Minimum 2 years of plastic/electronic/soft toys experiences in manufacturing field;
• In-depth knowledge of international safety standard including ASTM F963, EN71, FCC, EMC, EN62115, CPSIA, RoHS, REACH, CCPSA, etc.;
• Good computer skills (MS Outlook, Word, Excel & Powerpoint);
• Proficient in spoken & written English and Mandarin;
• Self-motivated, good problem solving and communication skills;
• Able to work independently and under pressure;
• Occasional traveling to China is required.
