Purchasing Officer / Senior Purchasing Officer

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the whole procurement process starting from vender sourcing and selection, pricing and services benchmarking negotiation, goods and services delivery and market research.

• Assist in coordination of all product and purchase specifications from respective user departments

• Follow the Hotel and department working procedure and comply with all the policies and procedures set out by the Hotel

• Assist in work coordination and other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• F.5 or above, diploma or certificate in Hospitality management or related disciplines

• At least 3 years or above solid experience in hospitality / F&B industry / able to work independently

• Good team spirit, well-organized, willing to learn and able to work under pressure

• Excellent computer knowledge in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing

• Good command of both written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

• Candidates with more experience and qualifications will be consider as Senior Purchasing Officer

• Immediate available is preferable
