職責:
- 採購部的日常運作,協助上司處理有關採購事項;
- 跟進採購訂單之流程、電腦資料輸入及文件整理存檔等;
- 執行主管指派的工作
- Prepare and follow up material purchasing;
- Maintain and update purchasing documents and records;
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the department.
要求:
- 中五/DSE以上程度及2年以上採購工作經驗;
- 懂中英文電腦操作,Outlook,Excel,Word;
- 善於溝通及有責任感;
- 有駕駛執照優先
- Form 5 / HKDSE or above with at least 2 years of relevant experience;
- Proficiency in MS Office Application (Word, Excel) and Chinese word processing;
- Good communication skills and responsible;
Valid Hong Kong driving license is preferred.
