Property Officer / Senior Property Officer (Portfolio)

Responsibilities: 

• Assist in the daily operation of commercial properties portfolio

• Handle enquiries and complaints from residents;

• Assist in handover / takeover of properties

• Attend IO/OC meetings

• Manage and monitor the performance of contractors, suppliers and services providers

• Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma/Certificate in Property, Facility, Housing, Estate Management, or related disciplines

• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in managing commercial properties;

• Familiar with DMC, BMO, Landlord & Tenant Ordinance will be an advantage

• Membership of professional property management qualification (e.g: MCIH, MHKIH) will be an advantage

• PMP license holder (P1/P2) is a must

• Good MS Office skill & good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

• Candidate with less experience would be considered as Property Officer

• Immediate available is highly preferred
