Property Officer (Portfolio)

We are a well-established Hong Kong listed company with offices in Central and western district, mainly engaging in property investment, property development, property management and hotel management. We are now looking for a proactive and competent candidate to join our Property Management Team. This role will report to our Head of Property Management.
 

Job Responsibilities
 

• Assist the Property Manager to monitor the day-to-day operation of the Company’s properties.
• Manage and maintain good relationship with clients, owner and tenants; handle enquiries, complaints and requests in a professional manner.
• Assist to supervise the on-site frontline staff to ensure the quality services and smooth operation in daily management.
• Monitor the performance of the service contractors to provide satisfactory security and cleaning services.
• Liaise with internal and external parties to accomplish all the property issues, i.e. repair & maintenance, legal, accounting and purchasing.
• Attend regular meetings, prepare general daily reports and perform daily administration.
• Handle insurance claim and follow up outstanding of management fee.
• Participate in ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the superior.

 Job Requirements
 

• Diploma holder or above, preferably in Property Management or related disciplines.
• Holder of PMP (Tier 2 / Tier 1) licence.
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in property management industry, familiar in IO handling and renovation.
• Proficient in Building Management Ordinance, DMC and/or related ordinances.
• Good interpersonal skills and strong sense of responsibility.
• Able to work under pressure and self-motivated.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing.
