Property Officer

• Matriculated or above, 1-2 years related working experience
• Holder of PMP (Tier 2) Licence
• Public Holidays ︱ Medical & Dental Coverage

Responsibilities:

• To assist manager in handling customers’ complaints, enquiries and in providing excellent customer services to residents / owners

• To assist manager in supervising front line Building staff (technical management)

• To handle the administration, human resources and financial aspects in the daily building management work

• To take any property related assignments given by the manager

Requirements:

• Matriculated or above

• Holder of PMP (Tier 2) Licence

• 1 – 2 years related working experience, and with property management training

• Candidates with less related experience will be considered as Assistant Property Officer

• Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
