Property Management - Director / Senior Manager

Business Unit: Star Property Management Limited

Responsibilities:

• Take overall responsibility for the performance and operations of the assigned property portfolio, ensuring alignment with company objectives and strategic direction.

• Supervise and guide on-site teams to maintain high standards in daily property management, facility upkeep, and resident or tenant satisfaction.

• Act as the key liaison between the organization and Owners’ Corporations, Incorporated Owners, and other key stakeholders.

• Ensure all management practices adhere to applicable laws, including the Building Management Ordinance and other regulatory requirements.

• Drive operational improvements, monitor budgets, and oversee contractor performance.

• Lead internal initiatives, support business growth opportunities, and take charge of high-impact, cross-functional assignments as directed by executive leadership.

Requirements:

• Degree in Property Management or a related field.

• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior management or director-level role.

• Holder of a Tier 1 PMP License

• Extensive knowledge of local property laws, building management guidelines, and estate operation protocols.

• Proven leadership with excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

• Fluency in English and Chinese (spoken and written).

• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Property Manager.
