Property Consultant

Savills has an international network of over 700 offices and associates throughout the Americas, the UK, Continental Europe, Asia Pacific, Africa and the Middle East. We require a high caliber individual to join us for the following position: -

Property Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional leasing services to clients including expatriates, corporate clients, and local tenants.
• Source and match suitable residential properties based on client requirements.
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate lease terms between landlords and tenants.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, rental rates, and property availability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, and relocation agents.
• Prepare leasing documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

• Achieve individual and team leasing targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Real Estate, Business, or related discipline.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in residential leasing or real estate sales (fresh graduates with strong interest in property are also welcome).

• Holder of valid Estate Agent’s Licence or Salesperson’s Licence under the EAA.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, Cantonese, and preferably Mandarin.
• Strong client service orientation and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with Hong Kong’s residential property market is an advantage.
