Project Manager (Stationed in Dongguan)

Responsibilities:

-       Lead and manage the production program from proposal to production stage, including product engineering, quality control etc to fulfill customers’ demand.

-       Build a master plan to monitor the project milestone and make sure the project ramp up smoothly

-        Effectively communicate and coordinate between various parties

-       Monitoring project risk and take preventive and corrective actions

-       Perform project analysis and feasibility study

-       Stationed in our Dongguan manufacturing plant to oversee the assigned projects

Requirements:
-       Degree or above in Engineering or related disciplines

-       Min. 3-5 years of experience in project/program management in manufacturing industry in China

-       Familiar with the characteristics of precision metal & plastic and its related manufacturing process

-       Solid knowledge of operation, production process, quality control, manufacturing technologies

-       Strong leadership, communication skills, presentation, problem solving skills, analytical skills and opened mind

-       Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

-       Competence in project management and negotiation skills

-       Able to work under pressure

-       Good knowledge in MS Words, Excel, Powerpoint, Chinese WP

-       Candidates will be offered higher position depending on qualifications and experience
