Project Manager - Plumbing and Drainage

Job Duties: 

• Responsible for supervising on Engineering Project, includes P&D installation

• Coordinating and preparations of all kinds of technical submissions/reports to clients if necessary

• Preparation of work schedule and monitor the progress

• Preparation of cost budget and payment 

• Work out a workable plan with Client and describe scope of work to Foreman for project implementation

• Preparation of project document, engineering drawing and submission

Job Requirements:

• Post graduate in Electrical Engineering, Building Service or Project Management are preferred

• 15 years or above experience in construction industry

• Capable to Microsoft Office and AutoCAD

• Good commands of English and Chinese languages

• Good communication skills, Leadership skill and Time management

• Holder of valid green card
