*Candidates with more experiences in project management and client communications, will be considered as title of Project Manager.


Responsibilities

1.      Coordinate and manage building repair and maintenance projects for various properties.

2.      Organize, attend, and lead project meetings with clients, contractors, and consultants.

3.      Prepare and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and follow-up action lists.

4.      Conduct building inspections and surveys to identify defects and recommend remedial actions.

5.      Liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely completion of repair works.

6.      Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

7.      Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

8.      Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders on project status.

9.      Assist in preparing tender documents, specifications, and cost estimates.


Requirements:

1.      Degree holder in Building Surveying, or Architecture

2.      Proven experience in building surveying, project management, or facilities management.

3.      Strong organizational and communication skills.

4.      Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

5.      Familiarity with local building regulations and codes.

6.      Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.

7.      Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
