Project Manager / Asst Project Manager

- Manage Precast Façade progress and quality of works 
 (負責預製件工程項目管理及設計及協調)
-  Manage and monitor technical, safety, environmental and
   contractual aspects of projects under construction. 
-  Handling project report, documents, submission and progress schedules. 
-  Coordinate with internal and external parties on all related project matters 
-  Maintain project schedules, identify activities, sequences, dependencies
   and associated resource requirements for project
-  Lead a team of Engineers and Supervisors for implementing Services
   Projects complied with contractual requirements 


 Job Requirements

-  Higher diploma / Associate degree or above in construction related
  discipline  (建築相關學科)
- CAD & BIM knowledge skills
-  5 years relevant working experience ( 5年以上工程管理及協調經驗)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skill.
- Strong technical capability and competency
- Able to work independently and under pressure, self-motivated and
  a good team player
